This Return & Refund Policy applies to physical products sold by Veltron, including car floor mats, trunk/boot liners, and car seat covers.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from confirmed delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable consumer law.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, products must be unused, clean, not installed permanently, not damaged by the customer, and returned with included accessories or packaging where reasonably possible.
Custom-Fit and Vehicle-Specific Products
Some products are vehicle-specific or selected according to make, model, year, trim, seat layout, or cargo area. Before ordering, customers must verify compatibility and provide accurate vehicle information. If the wrong vehicle information is provided by the customer, return or replacement eligibility may be limited unless required by applicable law.
Who Pays Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label, except where the product is defective, materially different from the description, or the wrong item was sent, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Defective, Damaged, Wrong, or Not-as-Described Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, wrong, or materially different from its description, contact us at contact@veltroncar.com with your order number and clear photos within a reasonable time after delivery. We may offer a replacement, refund, or other lawful remedy depending on the issue.
How to Request a Return
Email contact@veltroncar.com with your order number, full name, product name, reason for return, photos if applicable, and the vehicle make/model/year if the issue relates to fitment.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse returns for used, dirty, altered, customer-damaged, incomplete, or clearly incompatible products ordered with incorrect customer-provided vehicle information, except where applicable law gives the customer a non-waivable right.
