This Shipping Policy explains the delivery terms for physical automotive accessories sold by Veltron, including car floor mats, trunk/boot liners, and car seat covers.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the countries available at checkout: United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on the shipping country entered by the customer.

The shipping price shown at checkout includes carrier-related shipping charges, logistics processing, and handling fees for the order. We do not add hidden shipping fees after checkout.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time for international insured/tracked shipping is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Door-to-Door Delivery

Orders are delivered door-to-door to the shipping address provided at checkout whenever supported by the destination carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send a tracking number or tracking link by email after dispatch. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipment is created.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Veltron and are the customer's responsibility unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Delivery Problems

If a parcel is delayed, lost, marked delivered but not received, or damaged in transit, contact us at contact@veltroncar.com. We may request the order number, delivery address, carrier tracking details, and photos where relevant.
